Hi, I am Alenna

Hello beautiful soul, my name is Alenna. I am a person-centered counselor here at Cage Counseling. I received my Masters in Clinical Mental Health from Mercer University in 2023. I am committed to helping clients navigate their lives through empathetic support, compassion, and encouragement. I genuinely believe the therapeutic space is a beautiful and honest place for us to work together to help you unapologetically discover you!

I work with adults, teenagers, and couples in the therapeutic space. I have experience with trauma, personality disorders, grief, mood disorders, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. The most important relationship in your life is the one you have with yourself. With this in mind, I am a collaborator in the space as only YOU can be an expert of YOUR life. I would love to work in the space with you as you work to be TRUE to YOU.

Alenna is accepting new clients via Telehealth only.

If you are in crisis and need immediate support, Alenna would not be the best fit for you at this time.
