Hi, I am Sarah

I earned my Master’s in Social Work and bring a strong passion for helping others navigate life’s challenges. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, grief, or are adjusting to difficult life transitions. I also have experience supporting clients through times of crisis and helping families strengthen their relationships.

As a therapist, my focus is on creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients can feel heard and empowered. I use a client-centered approach, incorporating evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and strengths-based interventions to help clients build coping skills, improve self-confidence, and foster resilience.

I believe in meeting clients where they are and working collaboratively toward their goals—whether that’s managing overwhelming emotions, improving daily functioning, or building healthier patterns in relationships.

Sarah is accepting new clients for in-person or Telehealth services.

If you are in crisis and need immediate support, Sarah would not be the best fit for you at this time.
