Hi, I am Jayme
I received my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Thomas University and I am a National Certified Counselor. My passion for counseling lies in helping individuals navigate life’s challenges, foster personal growth, and develop emotional resilience.
My clinical experience includes working with clients facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and self-esteem issues. I utilize an integrative approach to counseling, drawing from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based techniques, while tailoring each session to the unique needs of my clients. I work with children, adolescents, and adults in a safe, non-judgmental, and empathetic space where clients can feel heard and supported.
My approach is collaborative and strengths-based, empowering individuals to take an active role in their healing and growth.
Jayme is accepting new clients for in-person or Telehealth services.
If you are in crisis and need immediate support, Jayme would not be the best fit for you at this time.
