I believe no one knows you better than YOU and as we live, our view of self gets clouded by the challenges and choices we face in life.  This causes us to have a distorted view of ourselves, our loved ones, and people in general.  These distorted views originate from the choices we make and the hand we were dealt in life. No matter the cause, the true version of you exists right now and waiting patiently to be expressed and embraced. I would be honored to embark on a journey of discovering the version you want to express - your authentic self. Healing from past traumas or just navigating change, I provide authentic and collaborative support. Therapy is simply about change, and change is good!  We change every day. I aim to create a judgment-free space to allow you to unpack your true feelings and support you to bring forth the person and viewpoints you want to express. We are not our choices and we can recreate the hand that was dealt to us.  

My passion as a Marriage and Family Therapist (to-be) is to nurture the relationship we are in; with ourselves, our loved ones, and people in general. I bring empathy because I believe to support a person, we must walk with that person, feel, and see what they have experienced.  As a mom, wife, and veteran, I have learned to always be patient, open minded, and most importantly value people for their personal choices and identities. I believe in accompanying my clients on their journeys, helping them heal and grow through their experiences. You don’t have to face this journey alone.
